for Crafts, Farmers Market and Field Vendors

Thank you for your interest in Warner Fall Foliage Festival. The quality and variety of our crafts fair is a big reason people return year after year, and we all look forward to seeing what our regulars and new crafters have to offer.

Crafts and farmer’s market booths are open from 9am to 5pm on the Saturday and Sunday of Columbus Day weekend.

To apply for crafts, farmers market, or field vendor space, please submit an application with a description of your work and a link to your web site or a place to review photos. A non-refundable space fee of $150.00 must be mailed in to accompany your application and covers both days of the festival if you are accepted. Spaces will be held only when fee is paid.

Crafters are welcome to request a specific booth location and we will do what we can to accommodate. However, please understand there is no guarantee. At times, unforeseen circumstances may require us to relocate a booth to an alternate location.

Because space is in high demand, the deadline for returning vendors to ensure your regular spot is June 10th. After June 10th, new applicants will be placed in all remaining spots in the order in which applications are received.

To streamline the application process, we will list all confirmed vendors and space assignments at www.wfff.org/vendors. When your application has been confirmed, your check will be cashed and your name listed on the 2018 vendors list as an attendee. Your check will be returned if you are not accepted. We will update this vendor list if any details change, so please check the site as Festival approaches and let us know if you have any questions.

There is no refund for cancellations after August 15, and we do not allow the private resale of spaces.
Please let us know if you do not plan to return this year so we can reassign the space to another crafter.

Spaces inside the town hall are 8′ by 5′ and include a 6′ table and 2 chairs. Electricity is limited to 200 watts per space and is available only against the walls. If you bring your own chairs, they must have rubber feet affixed to them. The elevator cannot be used for moving crafts or supplies in and out. Outside spaces (on the Town Hall lawn and the Masonic Hall Lawn) are 10′ by 10′ and each vendor must supply his or her own tent, table or any other displays. We limit all spaces to one person or group. Vendors must also provide weights for each tent, clearly anchored/attached to the tent by sturdy means. This is a nonnegotiable requirement.

To better serve our exhibitors and ease traffic in nearby parking spaces, set-up will be available Friday 4-7pm. We recommend that outside vendors put up the tent or booth structures only. Do not leave any valuable supplies overnight on Friday. Festival representatives will be on site at 6am Saturday for the convenience of the outside exhibitors. The town hall opens at 7am for inside exhibitors each day. It is very important that you plan to unload your vehicle and move it to the designated vendor parking lot and then return to set up your booth. Parking for vendors is free in designated lots.

The craft/produce/product you sell must be made or grown by you or your group. We do not allow the sale of raffle tickets or other items that compete with Fall Foliage Festival’s products. If you have a question about selling a specific product or want to add a new product to your exhibit, please send photos so we can make sure it doesn’t conflict with another vendor. If you are a non-profit or other non-craft vendor, please provide details about your products and the festival board will review your application.

To showcase our crafts & farmer’s market vendors, we ask each exhibitor to donate an item for our Raffle prize drawing. The raffle has been very popular over the years and we truly appreciate the donations. We will post your name and booth location with your donation so that people can visit you at the festival. Raffle prizes are dropped off at the town hall Saturday morning.

We expect all exhibitors to remain open 9am to 5pm both Saturday and Sunday.

Thank you for your continued support of the Warner Fall Foliage Festival. Feel free to email us at crafts@wfff.org if you have any questions.
