Grants will only be considered for Warner organizations/groups or those where the monies will be used for Warner town residents. To be eligible, at least one person from said group must contribute to the festival during the year of the request by way of signing up and showing up for a volunteering shift or participating in the set up or take down of the festival.

All applications must be submitted no later than the start date of the festival for the year in which the request is being made.

Monies requested cannot be used for operating expenses or debt payoff.

Awarded grant money must be used within 24 months of approval and all receipts for the specified request must be submitted for distribution. Any funds used for occurrences not listed in the "Accurate project description" portion of this application may be denied unless special consideration is afforded for review by the Grant Committee and WFFF board.

  • "Contribution" from persons or organizations in this year's festival consists of volunteering for a minimum of one 2 hour shift. To be verified for eligibility of the grant requested, the volunteer(s) will be asked to sign up at the SignUp website provided, check in for the shift(s) with the volunteer coordinator and then check out with them at the end of the shift as well. This can include participating in the set up or break down of the festival on the days prior and /or after the festival.

  • Check in and sign out MUST include the name(s) of volunteer(s), date and time of their shift and the position volunteered at.
