We ask for a minimum of a two-hour commitment. Volunteers that sign up online
at the Sign-Up are guaranteed to be rewarded with a custom tee shirt as a thank you.
Students are eligible for community service hours!
Volunteers are needed for the following times and areas:
The Sunday morning before; Oct. 3rd: 9am-1pm For preliminary set-up
The morning of Friday Oct. 9th: 11am through 5pm Final Set Up
Saturday Oct. 10th starting @ 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM for all spots
Sunday Oct. 11th starting @ 8 AM until 6 PM for all spots
Monday Oct. 12th starting @ 9 AM until 2 PM for clean up

Volunteering at the Festival
Because we host a non-profit event where all proceeds go directly into the community, volunteers are the lifeblood of the Festival! Whether it be directing cars to spots and collecting the parking fee, selling raffle tickets, helping to set up or clean up, working with the woodsmen competition or staffing the info booth the Festival cannot run without the dedication of volunteers.
