Volunteering at the Festival

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Festival. Whether it be directing cars to spots and collecting the parking fee, to selling raffle tickets, helping to set up or clean up, working with the Woodsmen competition or staffing the Info Booth, the Festival cannot run without the dedication of volunteers.

We ask for a minimum of a two-hour commitment. Each volunteer is rewarded with a custom tee shirt as a thank you. Students are eligible for community service hours! 

Volunteers are needed for the following times and areas:

The Sunday before (10/6) for a few hours in the AM for preliminary set-up

The Friday before (10/11) For set up: starts @ 11 AM and goes until 5 PM

Saturday (10/12) starting @ 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM for all spots

Sunday (10/13) starting @ 8 AM until 6 PM for all spots

Monday (10/14) starting @ 9 AM until 2 PM for clean up
