Volunteer

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Festival. Whether it be directing cars to spots and collecting the parking fee, to selling raffle tickets, helping to set up or clean up, working with the Woodsmen competition or staffing the Info Booth, the Festival cannot run without the dedication of volunteers.

We ask for a minimum of a two-hour commitment. Each volunteer is rewarded with a tee shirt as a thank you. Students are eligible for community service hours.

Volunteers will be needed for the following times and areas:

The Sunday before (10/1) a few hours in the AM for preliminary set up

Friday before (10/6) set up starts @ 11 and goes until 5, then there are some trash volunteers needed (Still waiting to hear if WYSA will cover trash pick up)

Saturday (10/7) starting @ 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM various spots

Sunday (10/8) starting @ 8 until 6 PM various spots

Monday (10/9) starting @ 9 until @ 2 clean up
