
We ask for a minimum of a two-hour commitment. Each volunteer is rewarded with a tee shirt as a thank you. Students are eligible for community service hours.
Volunteers will be needed for the following times and areas:
The Sunday before (10/2) a few hours in the AM for preliminary set up
Friday before (10/7) set up starts @ 11 and goes until 5, then there are some trash volunteers needed (WYSA often covers trash, so not sure on that one)
Saturday (10/8) starting @ 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM various spots to include the following:
- Crafter set up
- Parking
- Info booth
- Raffle ticket selling
- Trash ?
Sunday (10/9) starting @ 8 until 6 PM the following options
- Parking
- Info booth
- Raffle
- Woodsmen
- Trash?
- Crafter take down
Monday (10/10) starting @ 9 until @ 1 clean up
