Volunteering at the Festival
Because we host a non-profit event where all proceeds go directly into the community, volunteers are the lifeblood of the Festival! Whether it be directing cars to spots and collecting the parking fee, selling raffle tickets, helping to set up or clean up, working with the woodsmen competition or staffing the info booth the Festival cannot run without the dedication of volunteers.

We are currently working on creating an online sign up for Oct. 2025
We ask for a minimum of a two-hour commitment. Volunteers that sign up are rewarded with a custom tee shirt as a thank you.
Students are eligible for community service hours!
Volunteers are needed for the following times and areas:
The Sunday morning before; Oct 5th: For preliminary set-up
The morning of Friday Oct, 10th: Set up starts @ 11 AM and goes until 5 PM
Saturday starting @ 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM for all spots
Sunday starting @ 8 AM until 6 PM for all spots
Monday starting @ 9 AM until 2 PM for clean up
